R&M
Repairs and Maintenance. Stuff breaks. Stuff gets old and doesn’t work anymore. You have R&M budget to get these things fixed, so give us a ring and we can organise it, straight away if you send a purchase order, or we can give you a quote to have it fixed.
Make it Comply
Rules and regulations, health and safety. Let us take the headache out of finding a solution to your problem. We can help identify what can be done, and work out a cost to make it happen. Don’t leave the safety stuff on the back burner, lets work together to make it safe and comply. Access, egress, way finding, trips, ramps, tactiles or anything else to keep people safe and not in the wrong areas.
De-fit and Make Goods
Have a leasible space, that doesn’t look appealing? Has the last tenant not returned the area as it was when they took it on? Ask us to carry out your de-fit to make the space ready and appealing to a new tenant, so their shop fit can start as quickly as possible. All Trades coordinated to allow full scope and all surfaces ready to handover.
We can make good to existing areas, and have your area looking finished and open for business. Whether it is some plastering and painting, sheeting or concreting repairs, we can quickly move in and fix it up so everyone can carry on trading.
Roof Leaks and Height Safety
Commercial roofs are vast areas often mistreated and not maintained. Old air conditioning units penetrating the roof, box gutters full and often leaking. We can undertake an inspection to identify the problem areas and general condition of the roof to allow you to plan your upcoming CAPEX budgets. This allows for programmed maintenance of the roof. Industry 7 can provide a report showing Urgent, short term and long term repairs required for your immediate budget and longer term budgets.
Safe roof access and fall prevention is an important building feature that we will inspect, certify or retro fit. Aluminium walkways on the roof to protect ankle injuries and roof materials, aluminium roof access ladders, fixed handrails, harness points and static Lines. This will be provided as a system, and inspected at scheduled intervals to keep the area compliant.
External Facade Maintenance and Cleaning
As part of the annual cleaning budget, Industry 7 will carry out rope access cleaning of the building facade. Exclusion zones, spotting and the cleaning is all part of the job. Another aspect for this team is glass resealing on the facade, and glass replacement if the double glazing has failed.
The entire facade and difficult to access areas can be repainted from rope access, which is sometimes the only way to get some of the building facade areas maintained. We use premium quality coatings, so you can expect years between repainting.
Vehicle Areas
We can upgrade the safety and appearance of the external areas of your facility. Signage and exclusion zones for pedestrians. Line marking, bollards and Armco railing for Vehicles. Truck bumpers for loading areas and docks for trucks.
General Site Maintenance
All other aspects are covered with our holistic site approach, with plumbing, electrical, fire and HVAC. What ever you need, we have the team to fix or maintain your facility and offer compliance testing and certification.
