Industry 7 was engaged to deliver a full commercial fitout for Eventum Optimum on Level 3 of the Acuity Building, transforming a vacant tenancy into a high-spec office space designed to support client engagement, focused work, and digital content production. The works were carried out in line with issued Cyber Design plans and delivered under a tightly coordinated programme with service relocation, acoustic treatment, and custom joinery throughout.
The scope commenced with selective demolition and slab preparation, followed by the construction of new partition walls, glazed frontages, and acoustic linings to form a diverse suite of rooms, including a boardroom, podcast studio, quiet room, comms area, kitchen, and meeting rooms. Frameless glass entry doors and anodised aluminium detailing added to the clean, contemporary finish.
Electrical works included new sub-mains, lighting modifications, desk service posts, and soft-wired central workstations. Data cabling and AV provisions were installed across all zones, along with NBN connectivity via the hallway comms cupboard. A complete HVAC reconfiguration was undertaken, with new grilles, ducting, return air, and controllers, supported by a fresh fire services installation, test, and certification.
Joinery was supplied and installed throughout, including kitchen and boardroom cabinetry, a collating bench, window bench, and storage wall with pinboards. Additional treatments included acoustic foam panelling to the podcast room and acoustic wall linings to the quiet room.
All works were delivered in a live building environment, with noisy and disruptive tasks scheduled after hours to ensure minimal impact on neighbouring tenancies.
